Summer Begins! Wishlist, Workout, Goals.

Hi everyone! OOOOOMGGG SCHOOL IS FINALLY OVER FOR ME!!! I am soooooo happy I am over with my freshman year at high school. I hate high school so much already and now I only have to suffer for three more years. But next school year is going to be even more annoying since the new freshmen will be coming and I HATE middle school kids.
Anyways, since summer is finally over for me I think I need a list of what I need to do over the summer.


- Lose weight/Get in shape for Fall sports
- No soda
- Go to Disneyland
- Study French over the summer to not forget
- School shopping (mostly clothes c; )
- Finish the Phineas and Ferb 2nd Dimension movie
- No Hot Cheetos

- Jog around the city 3x/week
- Treadmill run everyday
- 20 pushups/day
- 70 curlups/day
- Jump rope cardio 3x/day
- Boxing cardio 1x/day

So this is practically a list for me. You guys can follow it if you wanna lose weight over the summer. This is always the workout I do over vacation to get back in shape.

Good luck to you on your workout routine~ let's all get in shape this summer xD and congrats for finishing freshman year and prepare yourself for sophomore year :) I'm going off to senior high school where it's just gonna be us and the seniors so no annoying freshman~ I want to majorly haul this summer too, ahh can't wait to go shopping >.<

  3. Wow that is a tough program to get in shape! Do you make it until the end ususally? I'm usually very motivated 1 or 2 weeks and then everything gets uncertain... but work is always in my way! And I hate sport except for dancing, martial arts and swimming. Jogging is my worst enemy T_T I totally like your wishlist though, half of it could be in my wishlist too! Congratulations for surviving the middle school! :D

    1. Yeah I usually do this workout every summer to get back in shape since I always gain weight throughout the year and I usually run everyday so I'm used to it ^^
      LOL actually I'm in high school but thanks anyways! :D I have to survive the upcoming freshmen... -___- oh dear

Oh no I'm sorry, how embarrasing T__T" Honestly I have NO idea on how the American school system works, I also keep mixing high school and middle school I just don't know what's what ö_ö""" Sorry! xD"" School system is so different at my homecountry :) You run everyday? Respect! I can't even convince myself for once or twice a week...

      Oh and how do you post pictures without a border in your blog? No matter what I change in the settings or try to write in HTML I always have a light border around my pictures =_="

  4. School finished for me too!!! Too bad I have exams for the next 2 weeks :'(
    The difference is it's Winter now... and it's freezing. So no morning jogs for me! lol!
    I can't stick to a workout routine... it never works :( I'm just not dedicated enough. I also pass out just from running for 5 mins.

    1. Oh yeah! I forgot the weather is completely different in Australia!
      Jumproping is a good workout. :) Definitely try that.

      Boxing cardio is fun! :D You should look it up on Youtube. There's a video that really helps. I think it's called 10 minute boxing cardio?
