DIY Eyeshadow Primer

Everyone knows what an eyeshadow primer is, right?
It's basically something you put on your eyes before any eyeshadow or other eye makeup and it makes your eye makeup last all day without creasing and also makes your eyeshadow more vibrant and pigmented.

But most eyeshadow primers are expensive. Some are $15, $20, and I saw one that was $45!

And as much as I love my Nars eyeshadow primer, I'm not willing to pay $25 every time I run out of it. And some of us may not want to pay that much for an eyeshadow primer. This post will teach you how to make an eyeshadow primer right at home with things you already might have in your makeup storage!

Things you will need:
- Concealer or Foundation OR you can also use mineral powder for a mineral eyeshadow base
- Body butter
- a small container

Just mix the concealer and body butter together until you get the right texture. You don't want it to be too thin or too thick.

After you're done mixing, you should get something like this!

If you're not convinced this works just as good as other eyeshadow primers, see the proof yourself!

Bottom: With primer
